Rent the Grange!
The Grange has two large fields where event tents can be set up and where other activities can take place.
Inside the Grange, you’ll find
the main hall (31’ x 53’) and stage
benches line the sides of the main hall resting on a 3’ wide raised lip
12- 5’ round tables with 100 folding chairs, 2- 8’ & 1- 6’ rectagle folding tables
an 18’ x 18’ auxiliary room
two gender-neutral restrooms
a full kitchen and upstairs dining area (with 4, 12’x3’ tables and benches)
The entry and all rooms on the ground floor (with the exception of the stage) are ADA accessible.
Daily rentals are $150. Weddings require a 3-day rental at a discounted rate of $375.
Additionally, there is a $100 (refundable) cleaning deposit cleaning deposit.
The renter must also obtain a one-time event insurance. Event insurance can be purchased through your residential insurance company, an insurance broker, or online.
Please check the Rental Calendar below for availability prior to submitting a Preliminary Rental Form. We try to respond to your request within 3 business days. If the reservation request is approved you will receive an email with further instructions on how to secure your reservation. Please add netelgrangerentals@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure that you receive our email.
For easier refunds, please submit the rental payment and the cleaning deposit via separate checks (both made payable to Netel Grange).
